Repeatable assembly, screw by screw
Cobots drive screws, press-fit parts and put sub-assemblies together with the same torque and position every time, right beside your operators.
Why automate it
What changes on your floor
No missed or loose screws
A torque-controlled screwdriver runs every screw to the same setting and confirms it is seated.
Less strain on operators
Repetitive driving and fitting moves to the robot. People handle the steps that need judgement.
Fits your bench
Collaborative robots can share the workbench with your team, so the line layout barely changes.
