How it works

  1. 01

    Pick raw stock

    The robot takes the next blank from the infeed conveyor or tray.

  2. 02

    Unload the finished part

    When the cycle ends and the door opens, it removes the machined part from the vise or chuck.

  3. 03

    Load and restart

    It places the blank, steps out and signals the CNC to start the next cycle.

  4. 04

    Place and repeat

    Finished parts go to the outfeed, ready for inspection or packing.
